^^ Yup. He's an android, so he can't feel emotion. Well... Not until ST Gen., anyhow. He got himself an emotion chip. It was hilarious.
Ohoh! Geek-out moment. While looking for another Youtube video to showcase the awesomeness of Data, I saw one where he was with a little kid. He explained how he's mentally and physically faster and more accurate or something, but he can't feel emotion. The kid asked why and he said his positronic brain couldn't do it.
^^ I love how almost every main stream thing with robot-things nowadays mentions how they have positronic brains.
