Why do you want to be a Mod, Artist, and/or Spriter?
I want to help. Okay, seriously, I'll give a supplying reason, hahaha. The thing is, I want to make updates faster on this site and I want to help this site in its success. Plus I really want to make up for my laziness lately on this site and seriously, I think that's a long reason right there, huh? Also, I love role playing. The more role play options I have, the bettah!
What makes you think you deserve the job?
Hmmm... none. LOL. Just kiddin'. I am no way deficient in the ways of grammar, and I have been role playing for quite a while. I am leveled and I know when I am stepping in and out of my place. I have been commented as "among the best grammar people out there without using a spell check" (yup, I don't use one!). I also have mucho experience in role playing (aka since I was 9, and I am 14 now) so I would say that I do not lack in that area at all.
What experience if any do you have in this area?
I have been a mod/admin/owner (all three, rofl). I am an administrator at The Origin of PKMN and I do own my own site, Virtual Reality. I co-own Jolteons' Fountain and am an active member at many sites.

Though the rain and you seemed to mourn your latest loss, time continued to move on, and what time brought this time was the sound of footsteps. At first they were hardly noticeable and you could've easily gone on sulking. However, as time continued to pass, the footsteps grew louder and drew closer, and drowned out the sound of the hissing rain. A shadow seemed to detach itself from a tree as emerged a rather tall Absol, who had an aura of darkness around it. Its lips curled into an evil smile, and its haunting voice pierced through the silence as it whispered, "Did you lose?" How did it know that? It continued on, not waiting for you to reply. "Well that's too bad. But I bet I can show you how to do better..." The Absol then turned around and beckoned you with a paw left. "Follow me." Do you agree?

My eyes grew wide as the Houndoom came racing toward me. Try as I may, though, my little Pikachu body could only move so fast. I dodged Matrix style as best I could, still being badly scraped up by that burning bite. The force knocked me completely over, so I finished the somersault out and used my tail to make sure I landed on my feet.
My small hand clutched my side, where I wasn't entirely sure, but suspected I had a bit of burn damage as well. Great.. Just what I needed- a burn from a Houndoom! As if mocking me, she laughed her seductive little laugh. "Had enough, little boy?"
I snarled and growled with frustration, static building in my pouches. "I'll show you! I'll show you all!" She wouldn't make a fool of me! Yelling with anger, I leashed the strongest Thunderbolt I could muster! |
The screech of electricity was deafening as the Thunderbolt came out from the Pikachu and searched like a claw to find its victim, the Houndoom. The Thunderbolt's electric paws soon found their target, and they wrapped around the Houndoom and zapped her with no mercy. No matter who you were, the pain would be unbearable to you. The Thunderbolt was weakened from the lack of strength that the Pikachu held, but the Thunderbolt still kept, zapping the Houndoom to show who exactly was stronger. Finally, the link of the electric jolt broke, and the Houndoom fell back, skidding across the ground twice like a pebble. The battle wasn't over, but at least the Pikachu managed to turn it around. Perhaps it had a chance to win now...

^^ They aren't THE best entries, but are actually pretty good. Really, my biggest issue is you said the full word "Thunderbolt" WAY too many times. xD I was screaming "it! JUST SAY IT!", ROFL. xP But its hardly anything to count off about. :3 Plus the fact that you SAID you thought they were bad means a lot of your replies should look to be even better. ^^

Hahaha. I have the same issue with other people. "JUST SAY IT DANG IT. FOR GOD'S SAKE DON'T REPEAT THE SAME NAME OVER AND OVER AGAIN!" lol, I guess I wasn't right in the head when I typed that up. 8D Oh wellz. Anyway, thanks again! Whoo, mod! Right, so since this topic no longer has purpose, I'll just go ahead and close it. ^_^
