I have confirmed that this is an actual scene from the game.
I found it while searching for the reason why Snake has a box in SSBB. (Super Smash brothers Brawl.)

It makes it funnier if you know that Snake is a spy from a shooter game. Like, a completely normal shooter/stealth game.

Oh, and Snake is his name.
