There should be a general Help topic somewhere. Because I have a question about a TM move that I know Garados can learn, but it is not listed as a learnable move.

Garados can learn Dragonbreath. I know, because, 1) it is on the Animae, 2) My Garados learnt it through TM, 3) I fought a Gym leader who's Garados knew Dragonbreath.
Problem: Serebii says that it can't learn Dragonbreath.

If Serebii is wrong here, then what else has it gotten wrong?!

What generation? Early games Charmander could learn Rage. Now it can't.
