Welcome to the Premeir Tournament! First of all, we'll go over the basics.

For Rental battles, a list of several Pokémon will be given to choose from, all Lv50. You will pick four of these to accompany you throughout the tournament. However, this tournament will truly test your knowledge and skill. In true in-game style, they will have only four moves, and one held item. However, you as their "trainer" will pick their moves out of Level Up (50 or less of course), TM/HM, Egg, and Move Tutor moves. You will also choose the hold item. Both abilities will be available if two apply.

The battles will be "timed" (25 posts from each player total if a winner is not determined before then), double battles. A mod or admin not involved in the battles will referee each battle. (It doesn't matter if it is the same mod throughout the battle or not.) The posting order will be decided by the flip of a coin, and posted in the first post of each battle topic, which will be made by me. So the posting order will go: Me, Member1, (Optional ref), Member2, Ref, Member1, (Optional Ref), Member2, Ref, etc. :3

It's not a writing contest, just a strategy one. So while good posts and creativity are appreciated and desired, it's one actual attack per post (though you can jump or pseudo-attack, etc, more), and only the ref says whether or not the attacks hit. Yup, plain typical trainer-style.

:3 This will start in a few days if people sign up fast, or once we get at least 8 participants if it takes longer. ^.^ (More can sign up, but 8's the minimum.)

PRIZES:

FIRST PLACE will get to choose ONE of the following:
Option 1) An Ultra Rare item
Option 2) An unacceptable purebred or hybrid
Option 3) An incompatible character. (Ex: Glameow/Staraptor (no Farfetch'd needed). Only ONE link can be missing though, lol.)
AND
along with the choice from above, the winnet gets 7 levels to divide amongst characters.


SECOND PLACE will receive one Super Rare item and 4 Levels to divide.


THIRD PLACE (the two losers of the semifinals) will each receive one Rare Item and 2 Levels.
