Why do you want to be a Mod Well i wold like to help people out and my friends i just am bord no homework......


What makes you think you deserve the job? well i can't really say i just like to help. you can push me around....


What experience if any do you have in this area? well my site Fire of zell but it was hacked ummmmmmm that is all what ummm i cant trmeber the sites name but it was ok.

There are no Pokemon Trainers on this site.... only Pokemon. I don't mean to be, well, mean, but did you read much about the site yet?

And mods should really spell check their posts.

It isn't even a response to one of the two post. And your spelling scares me, I've seen worse, but it still scares me.. Are you going to type like that when applying for a job too? Please, put some effort in your posts, especially applications.

Sorry if I sound mean or anything, I'm not aiming on hurting your feelings, I'm just trying to make clear to you that if you want to be a mod you must try harder.

But we can't afford to relax our rules just for one person. I'm sorry, that's just the way it is. I've got dyslexic issues too, and my mom has them very bad. You just have to calm down, and use tools like spell check. I know you can do it.

EXACTLY. As I'm been telling you for ages, I KNOW dislexic people. And as Ryua has pointed out, you aren't the only one here.

Your problem is not your disability, but your lack of self esteem and lack of trying. Screaming "I'm trying" doesn't mean you are. Stop, slow down, take some time to read it all. It isn't a race. :3 TwilightPelt has severe spelling issues too, but I've only seen 2-3 bad posts out of her here. ^__^ As opposed to Sunerion (she was Amber there) where her posts made yours look amazing. '^.^ But she's learned to slow down and try harder to make better posts. :3

Just calm down. Sort out your thoughts and try to remember which site you are on when doing what. ^__^ Read over all the main rules and info and such. Maybe look over a few of the accepted applications for some ideas and a better understanding of what we are looking for.

If you still find you are just incapable of meeting the very high standards we ask of Mods, so what? Who cares if you can't be Staff? :3 It's not the end of the world, and there is no limit to how many times you can try. Work on your characters a bit, start RPing some. ^__^ Get more familiar with the site, and try again in a month or two if you don't make it now. :) Either way, just enjoy things.

Staff isn't that important. :) We've got a lot, more Admins than any site I've seen honestly. 'xD Lol. And not a bad number of mods compared to our active member count. :) We aren't hurting for staff, so you don't have to feel like you could've filled a void. We've actually raised standards for Mods even more lately due to having so many people on staff already. ^__^ We can't let everyone who applied have the job, or the whole site would be Mods with no one to Mod! xD That wouldn't be fun, would it? :P We need members too! ^__^
