I've been working on a pet project for a while in my spare time, and it's finally reached completion! (as much as these damn RPs ever do, anyways. Which isn't saying much.) It's based around a really not child friendly story with lots of blood and stuff, but, err, so far the feedback's been really positive. It's completely freeform in that there are no refs, just staff that, depending on how well you did, may spawn you an item or recruitable Pokemon.
Let me explain that a little bit better, actually: you RP freeform, taking yourselves through battles and stuff. If you do it well, allowing your character to be hit, keeping it realistic, and keeping it
interesting, you're going to get a goodly amount of cool stuff. If you play it as an invincible Houndoom who knows no fear and makes all the ladies swoon, (and going by the people I've seen play that type, the RPing is about as high a quality as the (lack of) thought that went into the character) you're... going to get crap. Deal with it.
If anyone's interested in giving it a shot, check it out at
Maelstrom. If not... well, I just wasted 30 seconds of your life. I win either way!
